The fine print
Hosting requirements
1. Who can host
- You're 18 or older.
- You're allowed to run the events you list.
- Your events follow local laws and regulations.
2. What we expect
- Event details — time, place, what's included — stay accurate.
- Guests get a welcoming, respectful and safe event.
- You honour the tickets you sell, and tell guests early if plans change.
3. How we review
- Every application is read by a person, not a bot.
- If we can't approve you yet, we'll tell you why.
- You can apply again after 7 days.

Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, and there's nothing to pay to list an event.
What's the difference between an organizer and a planner?
Organizers run their own events and sell to the public — concerts, parties, festivals. Planners run events for clients — weddings, launches, corporate events. Both get the same tools once approved; it just helps us understand what you do.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 2 working days. You'll get a notification in VibesHive as soon as we've decided, and the status is always on this page.
What if I'm not approved?
We'll tell you why — often it's just missing links to past events or socials. You can update your details and apply again after 7 days.
Can I host free events?
Yes. Free events get the same listing, free tickets and QR check-in as paid ones.
Do my guests need the VibesHive app?
No. Guests can buy on the web and get their ticket on WhatsApp. The app is there if they want it.
